Panda Insights

Using VR technology to recreate, at a 1:1 scale, four key stages in the giant panda’s evolution, including the ancient forests of Yunnan. As a biological collector, the audience joins Guardian Zhuge Long on a journey from the Panda Illusion through primeval jungles to witness the ancestral panda hunt; encounters a giant ape rescuing a lesser giant panda in bamboo forests during the Ice Age; watches giant-jawed tigers battle giant pandas at close range in the Lantian Mountains; and finally enters an ancient Shu village to uncover the truth behind the iron-eating beast and the evolutionary mysteries of humans and pandas—experiencing the true meaning of a “community of shared destiny for all life.”
